The summit is a cross sector event that aims to attract up to 400 senior professionals from different parts of the world in both the private and public sectors. Expert speakers (local and international) will deliver presentations covering real business case studies that outline the ways in which Asset Management can be effectively implemented and in turn make a real difference to the society and an organisation's bottom line.

Event description:

The summit will be a platform to gather and interact with delegates from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Discussions and training sessions will be on private and public industry concerns and issues especially around operations and maintenance, condition and risk assessment, health & safety, IT, legislative standards and knowledge transfer.

Knowledge of Asset Management will help business owners and managers to learn how to reduce operating costs, increase the economic life of capital equipment, reduce company liability and increase the reliability of systems and components. The workshop will also address organisation culture and people. Some of the sessions will provide a learning platform to introduce participants to the importance of Asset Management including the latest ISO55000.

With the support of UK Trade and Investment (UKTI), the Nigeria High Commission in the UK, the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), the National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion (NOTAP), this event promises to be memorable and well attended.

The summit will end with a cocktail reception hosted by the British Deputy High Commissioner to Nigeria.
